We were founded by Marianna Blyumin-Karasik MD, FAAD and Lesley Clark-Loeser MD, FAAD, colleagues and friends who have worked together for many years. Both Doctors are well published Dermatologists recognized as leaders in their field.
Precision Skin Institute is an individualized practice focused on addressing the specific skin care needs of each and every one of our patients driven by our core values os authenticity, integrity, and professionalism. To enhance our patient outcomes we pride ourselves in educating and empowering you with the necessary tools to have lifelong healthy and beautiful skin.
We offer a full range of dermatological services, from skin cancer screenings to the latest in cosmetic dermatology procedures such as laser technologies and injectables such as Botox®, Sculptra®, Restylane® and Juvederm®.

Lesley Clark-Loeser MD, FAAD
Dr. Lesley Clark-Loeser, a mother of three and a South Florida native, retuned home in 2005 to practice Dermatology.
At seventeen, Dr. Clark-Loeser headed to the Northeast where she attended both undergraduate and medical school at the George Washington University. She continued her move north as she completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital (UPHS) and then settled in New York City for the following six years. In New York City, Dr. Clark-Loeser completed her residency in Dermatology, as well as a two year fellowship in dermatopharmacology at the New York University School of Medicine. In addition, she trained for one year at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as a pigmented lesion fellow.
Dr. Clark-Loeser has authored and co-authored over 15 professional articles and book chapters. She has served as an investigator in more than 25 clinical trials.
While in private practice, her commitment to both peer, community and patient education continues. Dr. Clark-Loeser feels strongly about both supporting and giving back to the community. Whether sitting on the Board of Directors of a community organization, lecturing to school age children about sun safety, volunteering in community projects or working in her practice, she is passionate about what she does.
Dr. Clark-Loeser is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, board certified since 2005. She maintains membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, Broward Dermatologic Society, and is a member of the Davie Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Clark-Loeser is fluent in Spanish.
Marianna Blyumin-Karasik MD, FAAD
Dr. Marianna Blyumin-Karasik is a dedicated dermatologist serving the community of Davie, Florida. She is a proud mother of a 5-year-old daughter and newborn twins.
Dr. Blyumin-Karasik immigrated to United States from Estonia when she was 12-years old. She grew up in Potomac, Maryland and attended Georgetown University undergraduate College and Medical school in Washington DC. She continued her training by completing a Dermatology Research Fellowship at Harvard University, Massachusetts General & Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She then moved to Florida to complete her residency in Dermatology at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Blyumin-Karasik is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 2009. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, Broward Dermatologic Society, and is a member of the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Blyumin-Karasik has published over 40 scientific articles in medical journals and presented dermatology lectures on the national and international levels. Dr. Blyumin-Karasik’s leading skin care advice is regularly featured on the Channel 10 news and in the national magazines such as Glamour and Elle.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Blyumin-Karasik enjoys running, traveling, and writing. She believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong skin health. She speaks Russian fluently and has medical knowledge of Spanish, which makes her widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Lina is a passionate licensed expert Aesthetician. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health for her Aesthetician license and from Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers for her Electrologist license and Laser Hair Removal technician certificate. She cares and listens to patients to achieve their goal and to make them feel comfortable, secure and in love with their skin.
Certified Laser Hair Removal
A graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health, Jenine received her Electrolysis and Aesthetician license along with a certificate in laser hair removal before embarking on an exciting career in the aesthetic industry. With many years of experience behind her, Jenine joins the team at Precision Skin Institute, eager to help our patients feel and look their best. Attentive, warm, and talented to her core, Jenine remains dedicated to delivering optimal results, and we are so honored to welcome her to our Precision Skin Family.
